This is an in person retreat day. This day long process to explore who you were with your partner, and who are now. It’s about what energies and habits do we keep, what do we let go of now that our beloved has passed… writing processes, embodied life story processes, ritual, art and improv. and embodied life story process. What was lost and what can be found…
